Step 2: Inspection
Following your initial consultation, your nominated service agent will arrange a time to view our collection or inspect the piece you are looking to consign. Typically, this is done face to face to ensure that we can provide the most exacting level of service and advice. Our Melbourne showroom provides a full-service experience and complimentary parking can be provided upon request.
Step 3: Formal quotation
The third step will be to provide you with a formal quotation to sell or acquire a piece. If you are looking to purchase a piece and the price is not listed on our website, please enquire about the piece via the link provided and one of our customer service agents will follow up and confirm with you directly. If you are looking to consign or sell a piece, then please complete our valuation request and one of our service agents will be in touch to arrange an inspection.
Step 4: Transaction
Following approval of your formal quotation, your nominated service agent will be in touch to arrange payment. As part of our commitment to agility and responsiveness, we accommodate a wide range of payment methods and currencies subject to your location and requirements. Please speak to your agent about your preferred payment method and currency.
Step 5: Shipping
Elita partners with an extensive group of trusted couriers and logistics professionals in order to provide the most secure carriage of goods around the globe. Following the final payment, your piece will be prepared within the suitable crate/box prior to dispatch. Please note that all items are fully insured and tracked, ensuring a safe chain of custody between our showroom and your desired shipping destination. As part of the dispatch process you will receive all necessary documentation in order to track the progress of your shipment.
Step 6: Arrival & after care
Subject to the availability of your desired piece and the final shipping destination, you can expect delivery of your shipment to take between 14-21 days from dispatch. Your nominated service agent will keep you informed throughout the process and ensure that they speak to you about the best after care and servicing regime for your piece.
