ELITA 2 Year Limited Warranty

This warranty covers the mechanical functions of your automatic watch including (but not limited to) running fast/slow or inexplicably stop functioning. You have a full two years from the date of purchase to send it back for servicing. This warranty applies only to watches purchased from the ELITA. website. ELITA. does not make any representations on behalf of any watch manufacturer. The warranty ELITA. offers is comparable to any manufacturer’s warranty apart from where the service will be performed. ELITA. will perform the services at our location and employs expert watchmakers qualified to work on all major brands. Factory authorized replacement parts are used whenever applicable . Evidence of abuse above the factory specified tolerances will void this warranty. All our watches have met the manufacturer’s water resistance specifications. Keeping the watch crown closed will maintain this water resistance and prevent damage to the movement. This warranty excludes any water damage due to loose and/or open crown and damage to the crystal due to regular wear. We do not offer replacement of quartz watch batteries under this warranty.

Seven Day Return Policy

ELITA wants you to be happy with your purchase, however in the event our item does not meet your expectations you can feel free to return it for a refund. We offer you a 7-day return period beginning from the date your package is received, if for any reason you need to return an item you have purchased with us simply follow these steps to ensure a safe return of your item.

Return Conditions

It is the buyer’s full responsibility to properly ship and return the product back to ELITA. We strongly urge that you DO NOT re-use the packaging we originally shipped the item in. We also ask that you pack your return safely to avoid any damage possible during the return shipping. Please include all items we shipped to you. If all items are not included in the return shipment, all refunds will be delayed until the successful return of those items to ELITA.


Once your item is received it will be inspected for signs of wear or damage which could adversely affect your refund. When the item is finished with inspection a refund will be issued. We will issue refunds in the manner in which the payment was received. In the unlikely event that a return package becomes missing in transit an insurance claim will be processed, and a refund will only be given upon the successful investigation of the claim.
