STATEMENT

Richard Mille RM 022 Blue Tourbillon Aerodyne Dual Time Limited Edition is a manual winding piece and is crafted from aerospace materials, the timepiece’s honeycomb pattern baseplate is crafted from strong, lightweight orthorhombic titanium aluminide. The RM 022 incorporates Quartz TPT, which creates flexibility in design through a special layering process of quartz fibres, into its front and back bezels. The case measures 48 mm x 39.7 mm and its height at the thickest point is 13.85 mm. The dial complete with a torque indicator, a power reserve indicator, a function indicator, a dual time zone display, and, of course, the tourbillon. The power reserve is located at the 11 o’clock position and is set for 70 h when fully winded. The last indication on the dial, positioned just beneath the 3 o’clock index, is the function selector. Using a push-button in the centre of the crown, you can switch between 3 positions – W (Winding) – N (Neutral) – H (Hands, to set the time. Complimented by a white rubber vented strap.
